These terms and conditions are issued by Sporting Experience Automotive Limited (“the Company”) to participants and guardians of participants in the Motorsport Club in Scools programme (“the Activity”).

1. Assumption of Risk the guardians of participants acknowledge that sim racing involves physical and mental activities, similar to riding a bicycle for instance,  including but not limited to rapid decision-making, reflexive movements, and the potential for minor discomfort or injury. By participating, all guardians voluntarily accept and assume these inherent risks.

2. Waiver of Liability Except in cases of the Company’s proven negligence, the Company, its employees, agents, and representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Activity.

3. Guardians agree to inform and remind their children to follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by the Company. Guardians acknowledge their responsibility to ensure participants are fit and capable of safely engaging in the Activity.

4. Guardians confirm that participants do not have epilepsy or any condition that may be aggravated by computer equipment or actuator-driven equipment. Guardians agree to disclose any medical conditions, such as asthma, diabetes, or other conditions requiring rapid lifesaving intervention, to the Company prior to participation.
