About Us
Motorsport has a problem
It's not a shortage of talent, and it's not passion or ambition. It's access.
For many young people, motorsport is a distant, expensive and out of reach dream. Opportunities often depend on being in the right place, knowing the right people or having access to resources that many families simply cannot access.
Sporting Experience Racing Futures was created to bridge that gap. After building racing simulators for our own children, we saw how quickly motorsport became more than just entertainment. It became a way to learn, compete, solve problems, build confidence and develop technical skills.
The experience raised an important question:
How do we scale opportunities
This is the foundation of Racing Futures.
Today, we use racing simulation to create repeatable, scaleable learning opportunities in an area that young people and wider communities already find exciting. Through this work, we aim to make motorsport more accessible and more representative of the communities around us.
We also believe motorsport is more than racing.
It is teamwork, engineering, creativity, data analysis, communication, resilience and problem-solving. It is a pathway into careers, education and personal development.
Our current programmes focus primarily on young people, but our mission is broader: to help more people discover what motorsport and engineering can offer, regardless of background, experience or circumstance.
Because while talent is everywhere, opportunity is not.
Sporting Experience Racing Futures is already closing that gap.

Turn Up N Drive
Our FREE session every other Tuesday for kids aged 6-16 to come and see what motorsport through racing simulation might offer them. Each session is themed on a particular car or car type to inspire kids and show what we've got on offer!

Motorsport Club
Here, kids aged 6 to 16 learn to follow the racing line, learn about race car architecture, get their hands dirty with real live projects that they can build and keep!

Motorsport in Schools

Homeschool Community
In our bid to ensure we reach every motorsport enthused child that isn't spoken for, we also support the homeschooling community with activities to buttress their learning, and provide some social interraction.
